This exquisite fabric is so hard to capture in a series of photos. Designed by Rose and Violet (Gabriella, Yasmin and Mike ) huddled together in our USA Virginia farmhouse in the woods surrounded by forests and meadows , it was our bolthole as we gathered our collection of long forgotten French ephemera... old perfume lables, Victorian scraps, Tattered French scripts, Vintage quotes, old postcards bought on our travels through Brocantes and Flea Markets, ...there is just so much detail in this fabric that you will love cutting and adding small pieces to collages and sewing projects.. designed for journal covers, and slow stitching, quilts and even clothing - the possibilities are endless.
As we scoured through wooden trunks and cardboard boxes , the magic spilled onto the floor and we held our breaths as we surveyed all this forgotten and neglected beauty that we could finally bring some justice to.
Hence after a LOT of choosing and discarding ...the fabric design came to life ...and then sat there for months and months while we worked on size and shapes for actual fabric.

so we introduce you to No 3. Jardin des Fleurs.

It is the perfect fabric for cutting up and applying to projects in so many ways. We have done the hard work for you and the choosing too ...all put together in pastel shades of buttery creams, soft pinks, pretty greens and the definate attraction of script in pale charcoal ....there are so many shades and tones that Jardin des Fleurs will go with just about anything
as an added detail all our fabrics printed by us have a poem or quote on the selvedge...this one says
`wherever you go, go with your whole heart.... `
145 cm wide .. one meter cuts the minimum but when you buy more the fabric will be cut in one continuous piece.
