Miss Rose Sister Violet is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

All orders will ship from our fulfilment facility in Adelaide, South Australia within 1-3 business days once your order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-8 business days for orders to be delivered within Australia to metropolitan areas.

Delivery to some regional and remote areas may take longer.

We ship worldwide, just select your country when finalising your order and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

International orders can take anywhere from 4-16 business days for delivery depending on the selected shipping method.

Delivery time frames are our best estimate only, unfortunately unforeseen delivery delays do occur sometimes. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for Australian customers on orders over $200.

RETURNS are accepted, however, we are NOT responsible for shipping costs.
