This exquisite long stemmed rose is vintage and truly charming. Its long stem is wrapped in moss coloured velvet ribbon and the rose itself is a deep antique cream with hand cut and hand dyed velvet petals and 4 large velvet leaves.
It can be carried by a bride as a simple bouquet tied with trailing lace and velvet ribbons or left as is pinned to a coat or jacket, tied to a basket or handbag. Its enchanting to display with a stack of old books once again tied with satin ribbon.
These rose stems are very old and the last of the millinery collection we had made many years ago. We thought they had all sold out but just recently found a box hidden away behind the other flowers.
